All are invited to join Fisher + Baker on Wednesday, September 27 for a charitable happy hour to support Big City Mountaineers, its partnered nonprofit devoted to changing young lives through wilderness mentoring. Come for the cause and stay for the party as Fisher + Baker will be hosting the event at its headquarters in Minneapolis with a raffle featuring carefully curated Fisher + Baker products complimented by retail partner donations, beer and wine on the house, and a chance to meet the Big City Mountaineers and Fisher + Baker community.
Earlier this summer, the Minnesota-based Big City Mountaineers program experienced extreme weather damages to its Tower, MN camp that required rebuilding. Fisher + Baker hopes to aid in the cause with funds raised from itsSeptember 27 event. With sponsorships and donations, Big City Mountaineers serves close to 1,000 youth annuallythrough wilderness mentoring expeditions that instill critical life skills. They partner with community-based youth organizations and caring adult volunteers who act as mentors in the field to help young people realize their potential.
